Key Responsibilities
  • ">
  • Oversee project planning with instructional designers, ensuring timely completion, clear responsibilities, and deliverables. Foster a collaborative team environment.">
  • Translate project plans into actionable task lists, assigning tasks and monitoring progress across the team.">
  • Serve as the main point of contact for other teams and stakeholders, building positive relationships, ensuring clarity, and aligning expectations throughout the project lifecycle.">
  • Organize and track project approvals and reviews, proactively following up to keep workflows moving.">
  • Support people management functions such as assigning projects based on skills fit, monitoring capacity, and escalating bottlenecks where needed.">
  • Develop and manage e-learning projects as an instructional designer.">
  • Contribute to broader communication efforts – planning training launches, crafting engaging messaging for internal teams and client-facing audiences.">
  • Enhance team collaboration and operational scalability by contributing to process improvements.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a mid- or senior-level instructional design role or similar within the Learning & Development department.
  • 1+ year of experience in team coordination, leadership, or project management within learning or related fields.
  • Strong AI literacy, preferably with experience in creating custom GPTs and scaling solutions across teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience managing change within teams.
  • Effective stakeholder management, with ability to network and build relationships internally and externally.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with comfort adjusting plans based on shifting priorities.
  • A team player who fosters collaboration and supports a dynamic environment.
  • Impeccable English oral and writing skills.
