Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Retention Marketing Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for translating brand strategy into powerful copy that drives desired actions and outcomes.

You will work closely with our in-house design team to ensure the design vision for campaigns is effectively realized. Additionally, you will continuously bring new copywriting and retention marketing ideas to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate brand strategy into compelling copy
  • Collaborate with design team to ensure campaign success
  • Develop innovative copywriting and retention marketing ideas
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in copywriting, digital marketing, growth marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing creative, high-converting marketing copy
  • Excellent project management skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Superb verbal and written English communication skills
