Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a System and Innovation Analyst.

This role will involve working with large datasets, comparing and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

You will also be responsible for participating in project management, providing support and input to global and local initiatives.

Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help streamline and automate HR processes.

Strong activity in process improvement and KPIs.

Location: Rio de Janeiro - Eco Sapucaí

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science or Computer Technologist, Engineering;
  • Desirable Postgraduate in Information Systems, Data Analysis or Human Resource Management;
  • Experience in producing, reading and analyzing reports with numerous and distinct data;
  • Advanced knowledge in office tools, such as Excel, advanced knowledge in Power BI;
  • Solid knowledge in process analysis and improvement;
  • Knowledge in Power Apps;
  • Desirable experience with HRM Cloud Systems;
  • Desirable knowledge of Agile methodologies, Design Thinking;
  • Experience in participating in Information and Digital Services and HR project management (desirable) to implement improvements;
  • Experience in proposing and analyzing process improvements and changes to improve efficiency and user experience with the system;
  • Experiences in HRM Cloud Systems;
  • Desirable knowledge of agile methodologies, Design Thinking;
  • Desirable knowledge in Product Management;
  • Assess HR systems to identify areas for improvement;
  • Experience in participating in IDS project management to implement improvements;
  • Propose and analyze process improvements and changes to improve efficiency and user experience with the system;
  • Advanced English.
