System Administrator Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator Manager to lead our team. As part of our Product team, you will be responsible for overseeing the health, hiring, and development of your team.

You will own the delivery of product commitments and strive for continuous improvement. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and product managers.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level Linux environments, resolving technical system problems, and leading engineering teams. They should also possess strong communication skills and a passion for IT and engineering.

  • Keep our Web Hosting Monitoring team in an always-ready state.
  • Develop long-term engineering solutions for our Web Hosting services.
  • Coach and onboard new team members, providing day-to-day leadership and supervision.
  • Making technical decisions on the team and ensuring effective problem-solving.

  • Excellent understanding of Linux and cloud-based systems.
  • C1-C2 English language proficiency.
