Lead Public Sector Enterprise Solutions

In this leadership role, you will drive strategic customer engagements and lead cross-functional teams to implement and plan Google Cloud solutions for Public Sector enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer success by identifying strategic drivers and understanding their business challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute structured engagement plans to map sponsors and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Leverage the ecosystem to bring Google solutions and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners to scale the business and differentiate in value propositions.
  • Present and participate in key industry events to create awareness and opportunities.
  • Enable Sales teams and partners with industry trends, solutions, references, and customer approaches to scale the business.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in Public Sector field working with solutions proposition and driving a customer-facing role.
  • 7 years of experience in digital transformation processes within Public Sector field.
  • 5 years of experience working with accounts and delivering presentations to C-level executives.
  • Experience in cloud computing and in the cloud market.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with design processes and building solutions with different methodologies such as design thinking.
  • Experience with enterprise technology buying and evaluation processes involving computing solutions.
  • Ability to deliver results and work cross-functionally to position and orchestrate industry solutions.
  • Ability to learn and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and achieve broader organizational goals.
  • Ability to engage/influence audiences and identify expansion engagements.
