Brazil Senior Project Coordinator

This role demands exceptional project management skills, the ability to manage complex projects across multiple departments, and being customer-oriented to have an accurate analysis about customers' needs and to define the best strategy to address them.
You will support project teams and project managers while also working with other departments to ensure that projects are coordinated and aligned with organizational goals. You will report directly to a senior business leader.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in people leadership positions.
- Previous experience managing business performance metrics.
- Experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
- Fluent English required and advanced Spanish desired.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines.
- Provide guidance to team members within established company policies.
- Recommend process improvements and establish procedures affecting immediate organization knowledge of technology, customers, capabilities, business conditions, financials, contracts, and risk management to determine strategic plans.
- Manage coordination of activities of a department responsible for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.
- Act as an advisor to team members to meet schedules and/or resolve customer problems.
- Develop and administer schedules, performance requirements, and budget responsibilities.
