As a Senior Tech Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical scope of work for a development team. Your expertise will be crucial in deploying technical and functional briefings to internal teams and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technically lead the scope of work of a development team
- Deploy technical and functional briefing to internal teams and suppliers
- Chain tasks to optimize the execution of the work
- Define best development practices
- Promote and encourage constant training of the team
- Manage scope, goals, and deliverables of developments in collaboration with others involved
- Review and refactor existing code into high-quality code
- Identify and fix bottlenecks, perform debugs, and fixes
- Support leadership in people management (feedbacks, delivery of results, and area planning)
