Compliance Leadership Role

This role involves overseeing compliance across the Latin America region for the power business segment. The successful candidate will design and implement a comprehensive compliance strategy, working closely with leadership teams and stakeholders to drive engagement and risk management.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry regulations and internal policies, as well as experience in leading projects and teams.
  • They will be responsible for developing and implementing mitigation plans, conducting risk assessments, and reviewing and evaluating laws and regulations.
  • The role will also involve supporting the execution of commercial focused compliance initiatives, collaborating with the open reporting team on trend analysis and risk identification, and providing expertise in critical matters such as government investigations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant field, with significant experience in compliance or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply judgment and make decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving compliance culture.
