  • Funções: Planejar a coleta de amostras para bioprospecção em diferentes biomas; Realizar o isolamento, identificação, cultivo e caracterização de microrganismos, utilizando técnicas fenotípicas e bioquímicas; Desenvolver novas técnicas e otimizar aquelas já utilizadas na triagem e avaliação funcional de características agronômicas dos isolados bioprospectados com foco em eficiência do uso de nitrogênio em cana-de-açúcar; Desenvolver e otimizar métodos de cultivo e parâmetros de fermentação de microrganismos como meio de cultivo, pH, agitação, aeração, tempo de incubação, porcentagem de inóculo; Planejar detalhadamente o cronograma de experimentos e os protocolos do pipeline a serem realizados pelo time de microbiologia; Realizar revisões de literatura científica com foco na identificação de novas abordagens, tecnologias e tendências relacionadas ao uso de microrganismos que aumentem a eficiência do uso de nitrogênio na cultura da cana-de-açúcar; Organizar os dados experimentais, tratá-los estatisticamente, interpretá-los e transformálos em informações relevantes, em forma de relatórios técnicos, para posterior reporte ao time;

Requisitos: Graduação e mestrado na área de Engenharia Agronômica, Engenharia de Bioprocessos, Ciências Biológicas, Biotecnologia ou áreas correlatas; Experiência em pesquisa com microrganismos benéficos à cana-de-açúcar. Experiência em empresa privada ou centro de pesquisa relacionado a microbiologia; Domínio de técnicas microbiológicas, como isolamento, plaqueamento, fermentação, microscopia, cultivo, espectrofotometria; Inglês a nível intermediário obrigatório; Será um diferencial experiência em pesquisa com microrganismos relacionados ao ciclo do nitrogênio
