Treasury Financial Services Advisor

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Financial Services Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients and partners in the onboarding process and implementation of Treasury Services in Latin America.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional client service and is eager to develop their skills in financial services.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary interface for high-revenue clients, leading and coordinating the implementation of complex treasury products and services.
  • Provide relationship management, servicing, and technical assistance to internal business partners and vendors to ensure timely and smooth implementation.
  • Offer consultative approach to clients through implementation, facilitating internal and external client calls to work through implementation requests.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to internal client team requests, engaging key stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
  • Strive to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams, driving innovation and unique solutions.
  • Excel in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward.
Requirements:
  • Presentable, confident, and client-focused, with client-facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with clients in a confident manner.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to an audience.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment, liaising with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
  • Comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology and processes.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries, provide a positive customer experience through creative solutions.
