Healthcare Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively recruiting, qualifying, and connecting clinicians with healthcare assignments across a national marketplace.

Growing and developing an expansive network of healthcare hiring partners is also a key aspect of this role. This involves supporting client partnerships with active leads and utilizing technology-based recruiting tools to communicate assignment details and benefits of a travel healthcare career.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills capable of creating and nurturing valuable relationships, as well as a career-focused passion and desire to enjoy the benefits of professional advancement.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience, and the ability to work independently and commit to decision making that is intelligent and value-focused.

Requirements
