About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to support our customers by analyzing and addressing their demands, identifying potential failures for escalation or resolving directly when applicable. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing tests on system flows to validate expected behaviors and identify improvement opportunities, managing the ticket queue, ensuring organization, prioritization, and quick resolutions, and creating clear and concise communications that pay attention to writing quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
