
Regional Partnership Growth Specialist

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth across the market. This position requires an innovative and results-driven individual who can identify opportunities, develop leads, and close deals.
You will be responsible for generating awareness and visibility of our partnership proposition through targeted business development activities. This includes developing B2B connections, identifying and pitching prospective partners, sourcing new buildings or converting existing ones, and selling partnership solutions to prospects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating awareness and visibility of our partnership proposition through targeted business development activities.
- Identifying, contacting, and pitching prospective partners through networking, local canvassing, and cold-calling.
- Sourcing partners capable of delivering rapid growth of our network through conversion of existing buildings or quickly securing new buildings.
- Selling the range of partnership solutions to all prospects, converting interest into commercial negotiations, and securing board approval for new partnership deals.
- Converting commercial discussions into signed contracts with the support of our legal team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven sales and/or business development experience in a fast-growing, dynamic business environment.
- A self-starting attitude with a focus on relentlessly delivering results.
- The ability to find and convert deals quickly with tenacity and dedication.
- A demonstrable track record of sourcing and delivering multiple deals of a meaningful scale.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present a compelling narrative to various audiences.
- The ability to work under pressure and think independently to create interest in a proposition.
- Strong business and financial acumen to give others confidence and credibility in the selling process.
