Job Overview

This role will serve as a strategic partner for employees and managers in the business unit, fostering collaboration and driving performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients to drive business growth and success.
  2. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to address risks and gaps.
  3. Facilitate management teams to bring innovative solutions for employees, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  4. Drive performance enhancement and provoke positive changes in people management practices.
  5. Design and maintain organizational charts, workforce planning, and succession plans to ensure talent alignment.
  6. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to both employees and management, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  7. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies that support business objectives.
  8. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  9. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, ensuring effective leadership and development.
  10. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  11. Oversee recruitment efforts for all personnel, ensuring diverse and talented candidate pools.
  12. Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, supporting informed decision-making.
  13. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, mitigating risk and protecting the organization's interests.

  • A proven track record of success in HR or a related field, with experience in HR management and leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to architect strategy, drive results, and promote change.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, with the ability to apply this expertise to support business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and drive innovation.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop HR department staff members, promoting growth and development.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and delivering results.
