IT Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sweden

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Headhunter for the Swedish IT industry. As a seasoned recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting skilled engineers to relocate to Sweden.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about headhunting and have a proven track record of success in recruitment within the IT sector.
- At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
- A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
- Extremely service-oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
- High-quality and brand awareness.
- Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
- Upper intermediate English.
- Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.
- Analytical, well-organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
- Self-confident, happy, social, friendly, and outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.
- Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder.
- Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.
- Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.
The successful candidate will enjoy a comprehensive remuneration package including a base salary of $1200 USD per month, plus remittance fees and taxes. Additionally, they will receive free national holidays, maintained payment during vacations, paid travels, housing, and per diem.
The position is available on a full-time basis, with a minimum contract duration of 12 months. The candidate will be expected to work efficiently, with eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday, and overtime compensation will be provided at a rate of 1:1 in flex.
The ideal candidate will be working from home or from a co-location center of their choice, providing them with the flexibility to manage their work-life balance effectively.
