About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Sigga Technologies. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving product adoption, ensuring customer value realization, and building trusted relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers achieve their business goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance to drive growth and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, and develop solutions to drive customer value realization.
  • Monitor and measure customer health, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to prevent churn.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop customer case studies and expand customer success plans to include additional outcomes as customer needs evolve.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in direct customer engagement roles, with a proven track record of delivering effortless customer experiences.
  • 3+ years of SAP experience, with a strong understanding of SAP products and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a high level of accountability for outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of account management, customer success, or managed services experience.
  • CRM experience, with a strong understanding of customer relationship mapping and expansion opportunities.
  • Microsoft Office/O365 experience, with a strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
