Job Title: Customer Success

We're looking for exceptional individuals to join our team of Munders and live new and exciting challenges every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the activation process of new clients.
  • Interface with the Tech and Product teams to successfully implement the SAAS product.
  • Provide proactive and reactive support through online interactions, tutorials, and general support materials.
  • Update client demand through our channels and relationship tools.
  • Collect suggestions, bugs, and feedback on the product.
  • Train and capacitate clients.
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of Customer Success processes.
  • Experience in Customer Success (client activation is a plus).
  • Analytical vision and critical thinking, negotiation and conversation skills with clients and partners.
