We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Sigga Technologies. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for driving product adoption, ensuring customer value realization, and building trusted relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals, strategies, and initiatives
  • Recommend best practices and solutions to customers based on their business needs and success criteria
  • Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform customer success strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support joint outcomes and customer lifecycles
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in direct customer engagement roles, preferably in the SaaS space
  • 3+ years of SAP experience, with a strong understanding of CRM and customer relationship mapping
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering effortless customer experiences and customer-centric internal communications
