Drive Customer Success at Sigga Technologies

As a Customer Success Specialist at Sigga Technologies, you will be responsible for driving product adoption and ensuring customers achieve their expected ROI. You will work closely with customers to set measurable outcomes and KPIs, and develop strategic plans to achieve mutual success. Your goal will be to become a trusted advisor for your customers, understanding their business goals and objectives, and providing recommendations and solutions to help them achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve their expected ROI
  • Work closely with customers to set measurable outcomes and KPIs
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve mutual success
  • Become a trusted advisor for your customers
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to help customers achieve their desired outcomes

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in direct customer engagement roles
  • 3+ years of SAP experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be highly collaborative with internal and external teams
  • Independent, critical thinker/problem-resolution skills

Preferred Skills:
  • 5+ years of account management, customer success, or managed services CRM experience
  • 3+ years of SAP PM and/or EAM experience
  • Microsoft Office/O365 experience

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
