The Sales and Service Solutions Expert will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that sales consistently exceed customer expectations while maintaining maximum margin contribution.
- Collaborate with Leads, Project Engineering, and Sales Operations to assume functional control of complex multi-million-dollar opportunities and guide them through the sales process from Customer RFP to contract execution and handover
- Assist in identifying, tracking, and communicating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on division sales performance to senior management
- Support quarterly sales targets with Business Development and Sales Operations
- Work closely with the Global Sales/Business Development Team on creative deal structuring and bid strategy
- Create and maintain sales models, ensuring accurate quoting with adherence to all sales operations processes
Indicators for measuring success in this role:
- Achieving and exceeding group sales targets
- Data cleanliness in CRM systems
- Ability to coordinate and drive different departments to meet customer due dates
- Support of other team members
You should have solid experience in relevant B2B Sales Support roles, including sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management. You should also possess solid financial model competency, familiar with NPV, IRR, and CapEx related investments.
