About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Financial Services and Diversified Markets sales teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, activities, and results to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales KPIs and exceed revenue targets
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a strong talented team capable of achieving revenue and business targets
  • Partner with senior management to develop sales strategies for specific accounts in Financial Services and Diversified Markets industry
  • Support prioritized Solutions and regional initiatives to ensure success for the team
  • Identify opportunities for new market penetration or market expansion
