About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will lead the growth and development of our solutions working closely with global system integrators (GSIs) in Latin America (LATAM).
You will discover and analyze customers' business and technical needs, collaborating with GSIs' sales and technical delivery teams, as well as internal teams, to help customers invest wisely in the most appropriate solutions from our portfolio.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing GSI presales technical support to the sales team
- Leading customer and GSI conversations around business challenges for new strategic opportunities
- Maintaining relevant knowledge about products in your domain
- Understanding forecasts for products, services, and training
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in a solutions sales role
- Solid expertise within enterprise accounts area
- Solid background in consultative customer engagement
Key skills for this role include:
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of enterprise platform solutions
What You Will Bring
