The Team Overview
You will join a highly motivated group working on scaling innovation and building platforms for our business lines including news, pricing, research and analytics. We employ Agile methodologies to drive ongoing delivery work closely with business and technology partners to share knowledge, embrace change and implement best-of-breed technology.
Key Responsibilities and Impact
This role understands how new Gen/AI technologies can be applied to create content, automate workflows, and improve data analysis. This vision, combined with knowledge of internal processes and a desire to create seamless, integrated, efficient and high-value workflows for the business, will drive successful implementation of new generation content analysis and creation tools.
Collaboration and Implementation
Work with content creators to identify and implement GenAI solutions, including writing effective prompts and engaging GenAI to optimize content generation. This may involve developing complex prompts to enhance content quality and extracting data to feed databases.
GenAI Adoption Champion
Lead the adoption of GenAI tools across the organization, including senior leadership, with a focus on positive storytelling.
Analyzing and Optimizing Processes
Understand user needs and issues to design efficient and effective business workflows. Model and encourage change management practices so that business teams are actively engaged in change, adopt new solutions or ways of working and improve the probability of a successful transition.
Training Content Development
Create relevant, simple and concise training content and process documents that help colleagues understand changes, tell a compelling story and enable effective information sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  1. Demonstrated experience in crafting prompts for generative AI, with a portfolio of examples ranging from simple to complex scenarios.
  2. Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, computer science, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
  3. Proficiency in a scripting language like Python to facilitate prompt development and testing.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  5. Proficiency in the English language, writing and speaking.
Favorable Qualifications
Prior experience with data analysis and AI-driven problem-solving techniques
Familiarity with LEAN Six Sigma principles
Experience in change initiatives
Experience in content creation activities - researching, reporting and content analysis
