Responsibilities:- Monitoring and maintaining telecom systems
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting

- Technician or technologist degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications
- Valid CREA certification
- Experience in monitoring and supporting telecom infrastructure
- Proficiency in remote support activities and Level 1 interventions
- Knowledge of network and telecommunications systems
