We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a seasoned professional in software support, you will be responsible for investigating, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues that impact our customers.
- Serve as the escalation point for Tier 2 on intricate customer support cases
- Troubleshoot sophisticated software problems, including data anomalies, API issues, performance concerns, and environment-specific challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, document findings, and implement resolutions
To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent English communication abilities, and proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
