Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for executing the staffing strategy for the company's openings. This includes correctly obtaining information related to the profile and assignment of the required openings, collaborating with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings, presenting candidates to various clients and leads, and collaborating with the Operations and Client Services areas to identify farming possibilities in the different accounts.

The successful candidate will also propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes, utilizing their proven analytical ability, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
  • Correctly obtain information related to the profile and assignment of the required openings.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings.
  • Presenting candidates to various clients and leads.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Client Services areas to identify farming possibilities in the different accounts.
  • Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven analytical ability, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively, as well as multitasking skills.
  • Degree in Business, Systems, HR or in a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
  • Advanced English level.
  • 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
