About Our Operations Team

We're looking for an exceptional Operations Associate to join our team.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our core business processes. You'll be responsible for client onboarding, staffing, and operational reporting, as well as process optimization and internal support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Coordinate with clients to organize kick-off calls, obtain necessary documentation, and maintain up-to-date client databases.
  • Client Staffing & Upkeep: Work with Service Directors to ensure proper staffing on client accounts, track team capacities, and manage updates to the staffing ledger when changes arise.
  • Internal Client Kick-Off Meetings: Own the preparation, documentation, and leadership of internal client kick-off meetings, including setting agendas and leading discussions effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Notion expertise, with ability to adapt to new technology and software.
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience in project and calendar management.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
