About the Opportunity:
We're seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to take our marketing operations to the next level. In this role, you'll be responsible for transforming Hubspot into a high-performing pipeline machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Hubspot CRM & Marketing Hub end-to-end.
- Develop and launch multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Manage and optimize ABM programs, nurture workflows, and landing page experiments.
- Lead paid advertising across various platforms.
- Ensure clean data flow and full-funnel attribution across multiple systems.
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation and/or marketing operations.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot (Inbound-certified preferred).
- Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Experience managing and optimizing paid media budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset.
