Pre-Sales Solution Development Expert

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Development Expert to lead client discovery and whiteboard sessions, translate ambiguous client needs into clear requirements, build strong relationships with stakeholders, own proposal creation, and collaborate with sales, UX, QA, and Engineering teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client discovery and collaboration with Tech Leads in identifying business solutions.
  • Develop and present proposals outlining project timelines, deliverables, and solution outlines.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of business needs, scoping processes, and technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoffs and high-quality deliverables.
  • Foster open communication, empathy, and transparency in stakeholder conversations.

Requirements:
  • Strong background in consulting or custom software delivery environments.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, scoping, or discovery phases with a focus on business analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs, scope expectations, and business priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum practices, SDLC, and common delivery risks.
  • Experience working with mid-sized or growth-stage tech firms.
  • Background in client relationship management, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
