Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the hiring process. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills who are eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field.

The right candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be proactive and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. They should have a passion for hiring, people operations, and administrative processes.

This hybrid position involves daily communication in English and requires working with a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.

Responsibilities
  • Key responsibilities include managing hiring efforts, supporting clients or stakeholders and collaborating with a team focused on innovative strategies;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive results-oriented decision-making.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written), living in Florianópolis – SC, interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Nice-to-haves: previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks, familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, experience in fast-paced environments or startups, international experience, undergraduate degree.
