Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.
You will work to find engineers and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, while building trust with suitable candidates.
You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, a Swedish delivery management team, and the relocation team to handle practical matters related to moving to Sweden.
Our clients span software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.Build trust with suitable candidates and manage recruitment requests end-to-end.Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team on relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
Coordinate with clients across various industries to understand hiring needs and close recruitment requests.Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Represent Telescope values of joy, trust, and professionalism in interactions with engineers and clients.Required qualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.Solid and proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, sociable, motivated and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.Resilient and persistent with a constructive approach to rejection.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Offer detailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.
