Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Cost Management service stream in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial success, developing and implementing effective cost management strategies, and providing expert leadership to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy and Direction: Lead the development and implementation of cost management strategies that drive commercial success and meet client needs.
  • Leadership and Commercial Success: Provide expert leadership to the Cost Management team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional results.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure the Cost Management team has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with cost management projects, ensuring maximum commercial returns.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on service line finances, including margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive commercial success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
