Job Title: Overnight Bilingual Travel Agent

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Travel Agent to assist our clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and car rentals. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements
  • Use sales skills to upsell services, packages, and travel insurance
  • Leverage technical proficiency to navigate booking systems, manage client databases, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service in both languages
  • Use creative problem-solving skills to handle travel-related issues or emergencies
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual: Intermediate+ skills in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using travel booking software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to sell travel products and services
  • Creative Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and effectively
