Backend Development Expert

This is a remote freelance position for a backend developer. The ideal candidate will work with an agile team to integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
- The successful candidate should have experience with back-end development and database design, strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services, as well as deep knowledge about security and scalability of web applications.
- Experience with the Python language, Litestar or FastAPI frameworks, Pyramid, SQLAlchemy, SQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, and Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will also be interested in software architecture, open source projects, and possess excellent communication skills.
