Sales and Business Development Professional

As a Sales and Business Development professional, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations. This involves providing full support to the Sales Executives and customers, ensuring all Sales Executives have high-quality, up-to-date support material and Leads.
">Your responsibilities will include Lead Generation, compiling lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads to the Field Sales representatives based on internal information, web data, external databases, quote inquiries, trade shows, business directories, etc.
">You will also validate sales leads and work to support the sales representative in materializing the leads into sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for Account Coordination, researching and preparing material for customer meetings, creating and updating agreements, discussing and preparing quotations for customers, dealing with client follow-up processes and problems, solving ad-hoc problems, cascading relevant issues and problems of the customers to CS and ensuring solving, informing customers on changes in different topics such as rates, schedule, new shipping methods, etc.
">Furthermore, you will offer and follow up cross-sell and up-sales services (VAS services) and monitor customer performance. You will also comply with tracking and reporting requirements, screening of lost/new customers.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:- ">
- Academic education in Economics/Business Management/Marketing/Logistics/similar">
- 2 years of experience in sales/CS position - Advantage">
- Working experience in a local FFW/shipping industry - Advantage">
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, CRM">
- Advanced in English language">
