We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst Junior to join our team. As a Business Analyst Junior, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to drive growth.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Recording minutes of meetings and following up on action plans.
- Managing and analyzing data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting route management and monitoring GTM metrics.
- Developing and distributing KPIs/scorecards with weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring timely execution.
- Applying strong problem-solving skills to develop action plans for deviations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
