Job Description

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the value of our leading email-based risk assessment solution. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving reduced fraud, lower friction, and increased profitability for our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include proactive account analysis, optimization of risk strategies, and delivering strategic insights during business reviews. A consultative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a focus on delivering measurable customer value are essential for success in this role.

You will work with real-time digital identity intelligence, analyzing millions of transactions monthly across major players in Financial Services, Insurance, and e-Commerce. This position requires a hybrid work model, with one day on-site per week in São Paulo.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience in payments, fraud, risk management, or ecommerce industry.
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience, with a strong focus on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Proven track record in account management, client delivery, and complex project implementations.
  • Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistics and data forensics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, and sales teams.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, high integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Spanish is mandatory and advanced English is required.
