The Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst/Modeler to lead data initiatives across countries, working directly with international clients and internal engineering teams. This senior, customer-facing position involves designing and implementing semantic and dimensional data models in Snowflake, enabling powerful insights in Power BI, and guiding customers on best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer-facing data initiatives, serving as the main point of contact for analytics and modeling discussions.
  • Design and implement semantic, dimensional, and aggregated data models in Snowflake.
  • Build and optimize Power BI datasets, including aggregations and performance tuning.
  • Write and review complex SQL queries for analysis and validation.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and clear insights.
  • Guide customers on best practices in data modeling, analytics, and BI strategy.
  • Collaborate with international teams to deliver end-to-end data projects.
  • Mentor and support other analysts and engineers on modeling and BI practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst/Data Modeler.
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake, dimensional modeling (Kimball/Inmon), and semantic layer design.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data transformation, analysis, and optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of Power BI, particularly aggregations, large models, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong business acumen — able to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Experience leading client-facing projects across countries.
