Key Responsibilities:

  • Upgrade Content Manager and Navigator to the latest supported versions.
  • Perform system assessments, compatibility checks, and environment readiness.
  • Customize solutions in Java and configure/support ICN & WebSphere.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve upgrade issues during and post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams for delivery.
  • Document upgrade procedures and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 5–8 years of experience with IBM Datacap & Content Manager.
  • Strong expertise in installation, configuration, and support of ICN & WebSphere.
  • Hands-on experience with Db2, Oracle, SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with document capture workflows and content repositories.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
