The Senior AI, Data Analytics and Low-code Solutions Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing our organization's digital transformation by leading the implementation of AI tools, data analytics and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Job Description
  • This senior manager position is based in Arlington-VA, VA, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guyana, Mexico, Suriname or Peru. We welcome applicants who are looking for a remote position that can work in US time zones.
  • You will be part of a small team of IT professionals who are shaping the future of technology for nature and people.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of AI, data analytics and low-code platforms, as well as experience leading cross-functional projects and managing deliverables.

A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is required, along with 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Azure and Copilot.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to stay current with industry updates and new tools and solutions.
  • Self-motivated, team player, action- and results-oriented.
