As a Workplace Investigation Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert assistance to the Employee Relations management team on Work Environment investigations. You will collaborate with investigators, serving as a witness and note taker during investigations, reviewing detailed evidence, writing case summaries, and providing recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting workplace investigations by serving as second chair in interviews, drafting questions, reviewing evidence, and preparing investigation summaries. They will also work closely with the Employee Relations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure proper processes during investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support workplace investigations conducted by the Employee Relations team, including serving as second chair in interviews and drafting questions.
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure proper processes during investigations.
  • Manage Ethics Hotline and ServiceNow cases, including triage, case assignment, maintaining confidentiality, and data analysis.
  • Conduct quarterly Convercent audits and monthly Conflict of Interest (COI) audits to ensure data integrity and timely case closure.
  • Provide trend analysis, accurate reports, and proactive recommendations to improve processes and support decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of workplace scorecards and identify training needs to correct errors and protect data integrity.
  • Communicate system updates and implement process improvements for the Ethics Hotline in collaboration with stakeholders and data teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills:
  • Intermediate/Advanced Spanish language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
