Job Title: Strategic Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for executing account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within a pool of Enterprise named accounts and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, including negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in closing enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex sales cycles and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
