Job Overview

The Emerging Country Network Topology Planning team is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and development of multi-year network topology solutions that optimize supply chain planning, capacity design, and process efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across countries to define project requirements, develop FC (Fulfillment Center) topology and network solutions, and manage timelines for current and future projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee network planning and capacity design projects, working with cross-functional teams focused on network expansion that meets cost optimization and speed acceleration goals.
  • Coordinate and gather requirements from multiple partner teams to develop long-term solutions for a 3-5 year planning horizon.
  • Drive long-term initiatives, actively work to remove bottlenecks and create scalable mechanisms, and use supply chain knowledge to influence process enhancements.
  • Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders without direct authority, drive clear, precise, and regular communication with stakeholders, including ongoing project/program status via monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in the process, partnering with established markets teams to benchmark best practices and drive implementation and adoption for emerging countries.
  • Contribute to mid-to-long-term capacity design, process standardization, and development of innovative solutions for new and existing emerging countries.
  • Around 25% annual travel to respective countries to connect with local partners and learn local operations.
