Network Growth Manager
This role is responsible for the strategic development and execution of market dealer network growth plans to achieve business objectives. This includes analytics, prospecting, new dealer appointments, and continuous improvement of the existing network through relocations, refurbishments, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead dealer terminations
- Establish and manage new dealer onboarding processes
- Develop and evaluate new dealer business cases
- Manage dealer buy/sell activities
- Review and approve new dealer locations
- Partner with sales directors and managers to maintain alignment in network plans
- Establish and manage dealer standards
- Support dealer capability development within the network
- Establish sales process acumen and execution
- Undertake market analysis and planning
- Implement minimum dealer standards and policies
- Support dealers with contract processes
- Develop the dealer network to improve customer experience
- Manage commercial and technical training
- Lead data-led market dealer network reviews
- Drive dealer capability and performance improvement
- Support change facilitation in dealership ownership structures
Requirements:
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with change management
- Experience in premium retail environments
- Project Management skills with multiple project handling
- Experience in premium brand environments and familiarity with current retail best practices
- Other regional languages (e.g., Spanish) would be beneficial
