This role is responsible for planning and executing market dealer network growth and development strategies to achieve strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead dealer terminations, including negotiation and communication with dealers.
- Develop and manage new dealer onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with market sales directors and managers to align network plans.
- Manage dealer commercial and technical training programs to improve dealer capabilities.
- Conduct market analysis and planning using tools, prospecting, entry and exit processes, and new dealer onboarding.
- University degree required.
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Portuguese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
