Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver clinical projects in adherence to regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and internal guidelines.
  • Implement strategies to meet recruitment targets.
  • Contribute to risk mitigation planning and manage clinical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain clinical quality standards by identifying and addressing quality issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health care or related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills, including planning, time management, and prioritization.
Project Requirements:
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage clinical aspects of project finances, including estimate at completion and scope management.
