Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in sourcing plans to support our manufacturing and field operations strategies.

Your responsibilities will include implementing and executing Category Management strategy, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and approving the selection and qualification of suppliers. You will also negotiate for goods and services not covered under Category Management and develop strategies to improve supplier performance.

In this role, you will work closely with our Business Development and Technology teams to set specifications for products and services. Your strong communication and leadership skills, combined with your technical knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Ariba, will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization.

To be successful in this position, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Business ADM or a related field, as well as a minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement or a related field. Advanced procurement certification is preferred.

Requirements
