About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Storage Specialist to join our AWS Storage Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer adoption of AWS storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AWS storage solutions, including cloud storage services and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
  • Provide technical thought leadership and expertise to customers and internal stakeholders on cloud storage solutions and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Team

Our team is part of the AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services organization, which is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. We work backwards from our customers' most complex and business-critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • 7+ years of relevant GTM, sales, or consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of technology domain experience in storage infrastructure solutions and cloud storage services/technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Startup background and experience at a VC or PE-backed firm in a product, BD, or sales executive capacity.
  • Established track record of building rapport with startup executives and closing strategic deals.
