As a HR Service Development Specialist, your mission is to cultivate strategic partnerships with Global Service Integrator (GSI) partners to expand the use of IBM Technology within their territories.
You will collaborate with GSI partners to design and implement business strategies that leverage IBM offerings to drive client engagement.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strategic partnerships to drive growth and expansion.
- Develop and articulate an IBM point of view using design thinking, architecture, and developer principles.
- Collaborate with GSI partners to develop co-created business plans.
- Onboard and train GSI partners on IBM offerings.
