Excitation Systems Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a field service engineer specializing in excitation systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on challenging projects, develop their expertise, and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role
  • Perform field service activities on excitation systems, including commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Diagnose technical failures in excitation systems on-site or remotely, and propose effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Engage with customers to identify operational improvements, system optimizations, and new service opportunities related to excitation systems.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and ensure proper documentation of all service activities, with customer validation.
Requirements
  • Experience in service activities involving excitation systems (mandatory).
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication networks, such as Fieldbus, Modbus, and Profibus.
